A teen from New York licks an ENTIRE SUBWAY STATION RAIL FOR ONE DOLLAR!!!! He this on a simple dare, and if he did it, he would get $1. Charles P. Gerba says that if you would lick anything in public, you should lick a toilet seat, which cleaner than a bus handrail.
